Buketov Karaganda State University is to maintain the regional leadership in classical multidisciplinary education by way of implementing up-to-date quality standards, multilevel continuous education model, scientific researches, training competitive specialists of new type, possessing fundamental knowledge, innovative approaches and research skills essential for scientific, educational and practical activities.
