Access to the necessary technology and innovation to produce products and components important determinant for blood transfusion services. Present useful methods in providing new and comprehensive plans to enhance the blood transfusion service. Provide a platform for all researchers interested in the use of existing facilities and the use of personnel to motivate and empower themselves."
